3. Anchor in the Present: Set a reminder on your phone every hour. When it rings, pause and say to yourself: “Time is flowing perfectly right now.”

 

4. Bedtime Time Release: Before you sleep, place your hands over your heart. Imagine releasing all the time-energy stored in your day. Feel it dissolve as you relax.
